But in spite of fine workmanship, inspection, and play-testing at the factory, many new instruments simple do not play up to expectations. This is especially true of woodwinds. Many music stores and virtually all mail order companies deliver the instrument to the customer in its factory-sealed container. That means that the negative effects of a sometimes long “shelf-life” are left to be discovered by you, the musician. Even a minute adjustment can be critical to your satisfaction with your purchase and the quality of your musical experience.

We also allow you to try before you buy, either in a try-out room, in the store or off-premises under the guidance of your private teacher. And of course our service doesn’t stop there.
